Accelerated protein structure screening
HiOmics Digital's first product is a fast protein structure alignment, superposition and search tool called GTalign. Mining large protein structure databases has been impractical until recently. To this end, GTalign provides high-performance search of structurally similar proteins and their fragments. It opens new possibilities for large-scale structural studies and has implications for biotechnology and drug discovery.
